User functions management interface

Ok, now user functions management interface turn. This interface allows to create a list of CMS functions written in the system language which DDCs using to get and set data. When system is generating s page and it finds a DDC pointer in the template, it analyzes DDC's logical script. If this DDC requires some data from the CMS, the system uses appropriate function to get this data. Functions perform data selection and returns results to a DDC.
